Jonathan McCoy, CEO
Jonathan has more than 35 years in project development. With vast expertise as both owner and developer of a state of the art senior living community, he is redefining the industry standard in elder care technology and community development integration. He implemented an industry-first, innovative, assisted living / memory care community utilizing a subscription service that provides integrated technology to the Home-care and Assisted Living communities. He led the Family CareSpace development team to the successful completion of the next generation, real-time, state of the art platform for Senior Living. He has overseen all aspects of design and development, business planning, capital formation, site selection and real estate development in the Assisted Living / Memory Care Community sector.
Robynne Alexander, Director of Acquisitions
Robynne spent 20 years in the Electrical Engineering field. Eight years were spent as an International Marketing and Product Manager negotiating with C-Level executives at Qualcomm, General Instrument, Kyocera, Ford, Medtronic, Sony and the like to facilitate global implementation of Design and Manufacturing software. In 2002 she began working in real estate full-time as an agent then as a Broker. Robynne did her first “fix and flip” in 1993. In 2006 after completing her CCIM education she moved into the apartment sector full-time. Robynne has developed the unique skill set to find, negotiate, renovate and resell adaptive reuse and value add properties providing consistently strong returns for her investors. She works with communities to provide well built, safe apartment housing that tenants can take pride in at affordable pricing.
Pete Johnson, President Construction
Pete is a native New Englander who proudly served in the Air Force working in Radar Technology. After serving in the military, he began working in the world of Construction. In 1996 he started in Three Phase Line installation. Then in 2006 he co-founded North & South Construction Services providing commercial, industrial and institutional construction services. Integrity, hard work and craftsmanship are hallmarks of the company. North & South has a wide and varied range of renovations and ground up construction projects to its credit including participation in a $52-million project at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst; multiple projects at different UNH Campuses; Maine State Office Building; Newburyport Savings Bank; Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (Lebanon); Kennebunk (Maine) High School; the Omni Mount Washington Hotel; and Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors.
